Tahi Co-Working

Tahi Co-Working

My Story

I am a business owner, wife to Alex, mum to two kids, friend, fur baby mum and interested in helping others perform better in their business.

Sanchia Aronberg - Tahi Co-working

These are my roles but what I am very passionate about is the impact on isolation and mental health in business owners who work on their own.

I am a classic corporate crossover; I have worked in large corporate companies for many years and then after having my son back in 2012, I started my own business.

I wasn’t quite prepared for the massive change, no IT department, no marketing help, no office or colleagues.

There are many positives too of course (flexibility, no boss, no meetings for the sake of having a meeting, I can make decisions very quickly and have full responsibility of my business brand)! Initially I didn’t feel lonely, I was on a massive journey and was excited and filled my days with going out and meeting potential clients.

The excitement of a new business became less shiny as I tried to do too much and became frustrated, I stayed at home more and got out less so loneliness was real but luckily I am the type of person that enjoys chatting and being social so this didn’t last long but it can be a real issue for those that don’t have the confidence or struggling with a new business.

That is when coffee-connect-co/working was born. Fast forward to July 2019 and my co-working club has its own brand. Tahi Co-working is a fresh, new way of working! I am a South African/Kiwi, Tahi is a very personal name to me as it means together or one in Maori. Very fitting for a co-working club, I’m sure you will agree!

My main business is Sanchia Aronberg: support-strategy-success and I love supporting women in business from start up to sustainable growth. Come say hi on Facebook and Instagram and join my Facebook group to find out more.
